FAQ
How is "Verified" defined for brokers?
A Verified record carries one of two confirmations: a named correspondent program with a life co, agency, or CMBS conduit; or a public trace of a recent transaction at the indicated deal size and asset class. Both can be cross-checked by the practitioner before outreach.
Will small regional shops be included?
Yes. The Edition is explicitly not a top-50 list. Regional debt-advisory shops and asset-specialist brokers are first-class records — often the right counterparty for a $5–25M deal in a secondary market.
How does this differ from the Lender Edition?
Lender Edition maps capital providers. Broker Edition maps the intermediaries who place deals to them. Most CRE finance work touches both sides — the two Editions are designed to be used together.
