What we collect and what we don't.
A short, plain-English statement. No tracking pixels, no advertising network integrations, no data sales. Practitioner reference, not surveillance.
Newsletter signups
When you subscribe to the Dispatch or any Edition waitlist, we store your email address and a source tag identifying which page you subscribed from (e.g. website, waitlist_broker). That is the entire record.
The data lives in a Supabase Postgres database hosted in the us-east-1 region (United States). It is accessible only to the Valore Registry administrator and is never shared, sold, or used for purposes outside sending the Dispatch and notifying you when each Edition ships.
Visitor analytics
We may run privacy-respecting visitor analytics (Plausible or equivalent) that record page paths, referrer domain, country (derived from IP, IP itself discarded), and approximate session duration. No cookies, no cross-site tracking, no fingerprinting. Analytics data is aggregate-only.
Hosting and infrastructure
The site is hosted on Vercel. Pages are static. Vercel logs request metadata (URL, status code, user-agent) for operational purposes standard to any web host. We do not aggregate or otherwise process those logs.
Purchases
Purchases are processed by Gumroad. Gumroad collects and stores payment information independently per its own privacy policy. We receive only the buyer's email address and order metadata required to deliver the product and honor refund requests.
Your rights
You can unsubscribe from the Dispatch from any Dispatch email. You can request deletion of your subscriber record at any time by emailing support@valoreregistry.com with the subject "Delete my record." Deletions are typically processed within 7 days.
If you are a California or EU resident, you have additional rights under CCPA and GDPR respectively, including the right to know what personal information we hold and the right to request its deletion. The email above is the single channel for all such requests.
What we don't do
- We do not sell, rent, or share email addresses with third parties.
- We do not use cross-site tracking cookies, browser fingerprinting, or behavioral targeting.
- We do not run advertising networks or retargeting pixels.
- We do not use AI training pipelines that ingest subscriber email content.
